The meeting was delivered by Xu Jianping, general manager of Zhongda Group, and Bao Lei, member of CSTM evaluation committee and deputy general manager of Steel Research Nano. Wu Liyang, General Manager of Zhongda Advanced Material, Gao Yibin, Deputy General Manager of Yongxing Materials, and Wang Yang, Director of the Quality Evaluation Department of CSTM, made basic introductions of their respective units.

 







At the meeting, a project evaluation expert group was established, and Professor Song Zhigang of the Iron and Steel Research Institute was selected as the leader of the evaluation group. Background of the project:

For a long time, the domestic authoritative design institutes SEI and Huanqiu Institute have designated N08811 furnace tubes as imported products in the technical documents of refining and chemical projects. According to the market demand and the company's own technology, equipment capabilities and follow-up development plan, Zhongda Advanced Material decided to carry out scientific research on the localization of N08811 furnace tube.

In August 2020, Zhongda Advanced Material and Yongxing Materials, a tube blank manufacturing enterprise, submitted a project application to CSTM for the quality evaluation of domestic UNS N08811 furnace tubes.

In September 2020, CSTM conducted research on the project in the SEI equipment room, industrial furnace room, and the pipeline room of Huanqiu Company to gain an in-depth understanding of the main application environment, technical requirements, and focus of the use process of the material, and convened experts. Begin to develop an evaluation plan.

In December 2020, CSTM organized representatives of the Steel Research Institute, SEI, Huanqiu Company, Steel Research Nanoco, Maoming Gravity, Zhongda Advanced Material, Yongxing Materials and other units to set up a project working group in Beijing, and evaluated the first draft of the project plan. The first technical seminar.
